Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account and use gaming services on cbaje2, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. cbaje2 may request necessary documents to verify your age at any time.
Account Accuracy
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed and any unpaid winnings being forfeited. If your information changes, update your profile immediately.
One Person, One Account
Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates more than one account, it will be considered a violation of these Terms and both or all accounts may be closed. Bonus benefits will be forfeited and the return of deposited funds will remain at cbaje2's discretion.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
cbaje2 provides convenient and secure payment methods for users in Bangladesh. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. Amounts below this will not be accepted. Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be added to your account.
Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour after verification.
Withdrawal Terms
- KYC (identity verification) may need to be completed before withdrawal.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- cbaje2 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus or promotional funds.
Currency and Conversion
All transactions on cbaje2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency will be converted automatically, however cbaje2 is not responsible for any variation in exchange rates.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
New members on cbaje2 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳42,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus will be forfeited.
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
- Transferring bonus funds to another account is prohibited.
- cbaje2 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Eligibility for receiving a bonus is at the sole discretion of cbaje2.
VIP and Cashback Program
cbaje2's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level offers weekly cashback benefits — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.6% for Silver, up to 0.9% for Gold, up to 1.2% for Platinum and up to 1.5% weekly cashback for Diamond. Cashback will be added to the account automatically and specific wagering requirements may apply.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbaje2 platform. Engaging in these activities will result in account closure and legal action may be taken where applicable.
Fraud and Deceptive Activities
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus benefits.
- Exploiting any system error or bug for personal gain.
- Using automated software, bots or hacking tools.
Money Laundering and Illegal Transactions
cbaje2 follows a strict policy against money laundering, terrorist financing and illegal transactions. In cases of suspicious transactions, cbaje2 is obliged to notify the relevant authorities and suspend the account. The user may be asked to submit necessary documents.
Technical Misuse
Sending viruses, malware or harmful code to the website, conducting DDoS attacks, attempting to hack the system or steal data is completely prohibited and is a legally punishable offense.

Right to Close Accounts
cbaje2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If a violation of these Terms is proven.

Account Cancellation and Termination
Account Cancellation by the User
You may request to cancel your account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before cancellation. Withdrawability of bonus balance will depend on whether wagering requirements have been met.
Inactive Accounts
An account may be considered "inactive" if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts, however the balance will not be fully forfeited. Logging in again will reactivate the account.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Intellectual Property
All content on the cbaje2 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text and software — is protected under cbaje2's intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution or use of any content without prior permission is prohibited.
Language and Interpretation
The original version of these Terms is written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict in a translated version, the Bengali version will prevail. If there is any doubt in the interpretation of any clause, cbaje2's interpretation will be final.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between cbaje2 and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings will be superseded by these Terms.
Severability
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will remain in full force with that clause excluded.
